The VIP Experience is a separate upgrade and DOES NOT include a general admission ticket to the concert. You must purchase a ticket from the venue separately to see the show.

2. Arrival & Check-In Plan to arrive at the venue at least one hour before doors open. Final details and meeting times will be sent to the email address you used for purchase. Please check your email regularly, including on the day of the show, for any updates.
3. VIP Package Items We will make every effort to provide all listed items. However, package contents are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal value if necessary.
4. Rules & Refund Policy
To ensure a special and private event for all guests, video recording is strictly prohibited during the experience. Anyone found recording will be removed from the VIP event without a refund.
All VIP Experience sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
